you are able to send messages to particular guests, predefined groups or to all app users. promote special deals or send automated messages, for example, when the check in was successfull.

you can create a message with push notifications within the online administration. enter the title and description and link the message either with content on the internet or with content in your app (eg. linking with an offer or with your booking engine).

description: join us tonight und you get 50% discount on admission!

link: create the offer ‘oriental night’ and associate the message with it.

advantage: all guests on site are informed about the event and save the admission – leave out unused capacity and generate more revenue.

who is supposed to receive the message, particular or all guests? this can be determined in the target groups. select only the guests that are at your place at that time for the eg. ‘oriental night’ message.

click on ‘submit’. all recipients will receive your message within a few seconds and are able to sign up for the offer ‘oriental night’.

Digital Offers

many of our customers were able to recoup the investment costs for their app through the use of the deal function.

promote digital offers and increase your workload or your revenue in case that an event is not sold out or you want to offer guests the opportunity to taste the new exclusive homemade wine. you can create a new deal among ‘offers’ in the online administration. enter the title, description and if necessary the price and upload an image. in addition, you can specify the period of time in which the offer is valid and is supposed to appear in your app. every deal is presented in an exclusive slider on the front page and is requested by entering the room number to confirm that the data of the guest is up to date. furthermore you can apply additional offers through push notifications.

once your guests are interested in an offer they can enquire it. you will receive a notification in real-time that a guest wants to book the oriental night. get in touch with him through your customer service and confirm his reservation at a preferential price.

a new task will be created to the offer in the online administration so that no requests of your guests will be disregarded.

the analysis within the online management helps you to get an overview of the performance of your offer and measures the economic success.
