The Freese Group was one of the first companies to use the gestgid®. Customers of the Freese Group are able to make appointments for the main examination or general repairs through the app. The gestgid® allows the users of the app to order BMW-supplies or original spare parts directly over the integrated onlineshop.
The Freese Group can send individual notifications as push notifications to its customers and users. This way, they can promote special offers, get feedback following to the customers visit or set reminders for the next general inspection. Even the iFeedback® widget has been integrated into the app to show the customers reviews of other satisfied customers.
